What is Topography?

Corneal topography is an important test we use to map your cornea’s curvature. The amount of curve of the cornea determines how much light rays are bent before reaching the back of your eye. This is what allows the eye to keep the images that you look at in focus so that you can see clearly. Therefore any irregularities (flattening or steepening) in its shape will cause you to see blurry.
